Should do more adventure maps or parkour with different people from Red Hallow.
I liked the tours of the spawn/cities the most. Or, anything that gives Steve a bath, really. ^_^
Maybe some thing with the whole community, like building something big?

I agree with ATB, love the tours of the different cities.
We need more in-server adventures (hint hint builders;, a parkour route over the city rooftops/scaling the outside of a tower, or a deep tomb to get lost in…)
Also I’d love a ‘fly-through’ of some of the more spectacular places/builds on the map.
(Imagine flying an RC plane with a camera on the front, a bit of editing to bank around the corners would be totally awesome).
